Since those kiddos were outside without coats...I think you still don't know the meaning of COLD. It was 24* this morning when I took my kids to church. It was 34 for the high. LOL....but yep you got cold enough to freeze some water into ice. I invite ya'll to come to Germany and then tell me it's COLD. ROTFLOLOLOL.
